Pacific Rim (Home Theater Review)
Using massive piloted robots to combat the alien threat, earth's survivors take the fight to the invading alien force lurking in the depths of the Pacific Ocean. Nearly defenseless in the face of the relentless enemy, the forces of mankind have no choice but to turn to two unlikely heroes who now stand as earth's final hope against the mounting apocalypse.

Video Review
This movie looks incredible. The blacks were inky black and the brights were crisp and reproduced well. This 4K version reveals details that you just couldn't make out in the movie theater.
Sound Review
This was a great implementation of Atmos sound. The overhead and the surround sounds are exactly where you'd expect to hear them. Even the LFE was mapped well, although there was a lot of it. The Dolby Atmos mix takes the home theater viewing to a whole other level! This is definitely one of the best Dolby Atmos mixes ever created in my opinion.
Summary
Buy the 4K version of the disk, turn down the lights, and get ready for a great experience! This is definitely a great addition to your collection of home theater worthy movies.
