Spider-Man: No Way Home (Home Theater Review)

Peter Parker is unmasked and no longer able to separate his normal life from the high-stakes of being a super-hero. When he asks for help from Doctor Strange the stakes become even more dangerous, forcing him to discover what it truly means to be Spider-Man.

Video Review

This movie was reviewed in 4k UHD so the image was incredible. All of the color recreation of the HDR10+ content was spot on and great as expected. There was just the right amount of film grain and even though the image was crystal clear, the movie never looked fake.

Sound Review

If you have read my home theater review of  Spider-Man Homecoming, then this will be more of the same, mostly. The surround and Atmos speakers are used throughout the movie but not as much as in Homecoming. Now, it may be not be the fault of the sound designers totally because "No Way Home" has less action and more speaking dialogue scene's than "Homecoming" does. But it still seems like the action scenes in this movie are a little lacking in the Atmos sound department. BUT being compared to  Homecoming, this movie sound is still top notch.

Now, even though I'm pretty sure this movie's sound wasn't created with bass shakers/transducers, in mind; the bass placements are superb. Using them throughout this movie takes the home theater experience to a whole other level.
