Video Review

This movie was, visually, ahead of its time when it was originally released in 1999 but this 4K remastered version of the movie looks amazing! It doesn't look too soft and the special effects have held up nicely. You can still tell tat it's an older movie but the visuals are still crisp and not over saturated.

Sound Review

The only thing better than how this 4K movie looks is how it sounds. I was truly impressed at the sound design and implementation! The surround sound shines most during the action and fight scenes. But the surround speakers are also used throughought the movie to highlight the outdoor animals or ships flying by. It's definitely a treat for your ears and a great movie to use as a home theater demo of your Atmos and surround speakers!

Summary

The video quality and sound are top notch. This is a good movie to add to your home theater collection and to use as a demo for others. And it's a great movie to watch with family of all ages. Get while you still can.
